Since becoming BPL's first full-time technology specialist in late-2007, I have made many major improvements along with introducing many new and exciting technology services & products to the Bossier Parish residents and beyond.

6. Video Gaming Day @ Your Library with GameStop. (June 2008)
7. Internet Safety Presentations with the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Department. (Summer 2008)
8. How-to Technology Discussions with Best Buy. (Summer 2008)

BACKGROUND: Since 1997, I have worked for three public library systems that range from small to large. I have experience in administration, reference, technical services, interlibrary loan, technical support and network & systems management. I hold a second Master's degree and a graduate certfiicate in Workforce Training and Development from The University of Southern Missisippi along with app. 11 semester hours of library system courses from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

IN MY SPARE TIME: I maintain my own personal website and I am always working on one of my non-profit and/or one of my for-profit enterpreneurial avenues.
